Did you know that the Museum of Illusions is one of the few places you can visit with your pet? If you’re accompanied by your furry friend and want to explore the museum, we’ll be happy to welcome you both! However, we recommend coming during the first or last hours of the day, when it’s less crowded, so that everyone can enjoy the experience even more.
As a pet-friendly destination, we not only promote access to public spaces with pets, but we’re also committed to encouraging adoption over buying animals and raising awareness about pet abandonment..

Under the sponsorship of Dingo and in collaboration with the Fundación Benjamín Mehnert, the pet store Mundo Mascotas Martínez, and candyPet, on June 14th, 15th, and 16th, pet owners will receive a special gift for their furry companions with their ticket to the Museum of Illusions.

During these hours, you can come and meet Cairo, a greyhound who will be with us and is available for adoption. Take the opportunity to ask the volunteers from the Fundación Benjamín Mehnert any questions you may have about the dog adoption process. Please note that visiting the Museum of Illusions requires a separate ticket.
Remember to follow the access guidelines:
● A maximum of one pet per visitor will be allowed.
● Only dogs and cats are permitted. Other types of pets are not allowed inside the premises.
● All animals must be kept on a leash at all times, regardless of their size.
● Dogs classified as potentially dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle, in accordance with current legislation.
● Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior. Any animal showing aggression or causing discomfort to other visitors will be required to leave the museum.
● The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet, whether to people, other animals, or the museum's furniture and exhibits.
● Pets must not interfere with the experience of other visitors. In case of complaints, the owner and their pet may be asked to leave the museum.
